Savory Kugel

  • 8 oz. Wide Egg Noodles
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup Gruyere
  • White Pepper
  • Salt

Cook egg noodles Al Dente. Remove from heat. Combine butter, eggs, sour cream, and shredded gruyere, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well with egg noodles. Pour into a large baking dish and bake at 375 for 40 minutes or until golden brown and edges are bubbling.
