Mulled Apple Cider

This we made from freshly pressed apples using our handy- dandy cider press!

  • Mulling Spices
  • Cinnamon sticks
  • Finely chopped crystallized ginger
  • Allspice Berries
  • Whole Nutmeg
  • Whole Cloves
  • Dried Orange Peel
  • Dried Lemon Peel

Crush cinnamon and nutmeg as well as possible. Mix them with other ingredients. Tie mulling spices in cheesecloth and add them to a pot of apple cider. Slowly bring the cider to a very gently boil. Turn off heat, discard spices, and serve cider. Enjoy!
